Comments Regarding American Immigration Center, Inc. or www.us-immigration.com

1.) When I called American Immigration Canter Inc., with the phone number that I got from their webpage, a lady named Maria answered the phone. This lady needs some customer service education or maybe she needs to read 'How to Win Friends and Influence People' since she didn't show any kindness or any listening skill.
2.) She advised me that her supervisor was going to call me when her supervisor get's to the office, the supervisor never gave me a call.
3.) There was no place in the website that allows to cancel the transaction, if there is, please point it out, where is it exactly.
4.) Lastly, websites of well known retailers (e.g. Airlines, Travel sites, Amazon, etc.), confirms the charges before they actually allows you to hit submit. But there is none on this sight.
There are a lot more reasons to point out but I think all of the above reasons are good enough for a rebuttal on this case.

We apologize
for the inconvenience encountered while accessing our website. We provide a
service to help prepare immigration forms.
We are not the USCIS and we do provide information about what services
and products our website provides and where to get the forms at no cost if our
services are not needed on our home page.
Our online
service simplifies the forms and walks customers through the applications by
asking individual questions and making sure all answers coincide and are up to
government standards. Once completing the service, the system will provide a
completed form with simple customized instructions detailing which documents to
send and how to properly mail everything to the USCIS.
If our
services were not at all useful, we do allow for the cancellation of services
and refunds when appropriate. We provide our contact information on almost
every page of our website. We are available via phone Monday thru Friday from
9am to 8pm EST. Please feel free to contact us for any further assistance.
Thank you,
