I really hope that I can add photos to this. I took 27 photo's with my cell phone. So here it is. I checked into this hotel. It was the only hotel in the area who had rooms available. There was another hotel down the street but I decided to go here because it was closer to my destination. When we arrived to the room, we immediately saw dents all over the door. But we went into the room anyway. When we opened the door, It has a very nasty odor to it. The bed was messed up and it looked like it had been jumped on. One pillow was kinda dented in like a head had been laying there and the other one was fluffy. The carpets were dirty and doors looked like they had been previouly kicked in. I immediately asked the woman at the front desk for a refund and she said "no refunds". Then I asked her to be moved and she said "No". I was planning on getting my refund and getting a room at one of the other hotels that were some distance away since everything in this area was full. The woman at the desk name was Molly. I felt as if I had no choice but to sleep in this nasty room. I pulled all the covers back and I slept in my clothes. The top to the airconditioner was not on it and it had bugs in it.

And to top it all of, the air conditioner did not work. When I went into the bathroom, the stool had dirt on it which I had to wipe off, and the ceiling looked as it it possibly had a leak in it. There even look as if there were bullet holes in the wall. All above the bed were holes in the wall that resemble bullet holes. My husband said that it could he couldn't imagine it being bullet holes. We went to sleep and when we woke up the next morning. We we pulled all of the sheets off of the bed like we normally do when we leave a hotel since we travel a lot, we like to make sure the sheets are new when we leave, because we have heard horror stories about hotels not changing the sheets. When we pulled the sheets back, what did we noticed, some bloody like substances all over the bed. It was two big patches around the sige of a small pillow and one small patch around the size of a half dollar coin. My husband immediately said, "I think you are right" With all of this mess on the bed it is possible that a crime took place in this room. We immediately took pictures of everything. We were so upset that we left the hotel and immediately drove all the way back home and started contacting an attorney. This was gross and I haven't been able to sleep comfortable ever since. I am stress out thinking about diseases that I could have contracted. I am scared to death of an possible contamination. We were on limited funds so if we had the money to get another hotel room away from there we would have, but without them giving us a refund, we felt as if we had not choice but to stay the night in that mess.

You need to contact the Corp. Office in Kansas City, Mo.

Wht you have experienced is of no surprise. The home office doesn't have a clue what is going on at this property because they have place blind faith in the people who are the cause of the problems. I coulod tell you horror stories too. Your best bet for any resolve is to contact the top executive in the comp-any, Don White. These are good people in KC, Mo but they just don't have a handle on what is going on in this location. I am providing you with the contact information. Don't give up and keep the photos. If you submitted a complaint form, in all likelyhood it went in the trash so the home office isn't informed. I hope this helps you out.
