American Intercontinental University - AIU - Career Education Company - CEC, Parent of Student Ripoff by American Intercontinental University With Parent Plus Loan Weston Florida

I am a parent that was lied to by AIU about the Parent Plus Loan and the amount she need to complete her education. I live in Jacksonville, Florida and talked to AIU counselor on the telephone. I was told by the counselor that I wouldn't have to pay the Parent Plus Loan back until the student graduate.

The counselor further told me that $16,000 would cover all her expenses until she graduate and she only had one year left. Well that was a lie and they came back and asked for additional loans. When I asked for a detail report on what the $16,000 cover they told me only the student can be give that statement.

When I called and asked to speak to that counselor they said she no longer work there. I am currently paying back that $16,000 loan and my daughter still don't have a AS degree after over $30,000 spent.
