Complaint Review: American Laser Center
American Laser Center104 Grapevine Hwy., Suite 300 Hurst, Texas United States of America
American Laser Center No results whatsoever - instead they burned me, left permanent scars & pigmentation damage! Hurst, Texas
*Consumer Suggestion: Report, report, report...
This place makes huge claims that their laser treatments can get rid of wrinkles & cellulite which is not true at all. In fact, when a member of their staff was doing anti cellulite/firming laser treatment on my tummy, they left multiple permanent scars & pigmentation damage. The manager there was nice enough to try to get me to come back in for more treatments at no cost to "fix" the damage which hasn't helped at all. No offer for a refund of any sort.
I have been requesting my complete file with notes & before/after pictures (which shows there was no damage before visiting them) from their corporate office for months now & they continue to ignore me. Totally unprofessional. No improvement in what I originally went in for - now worse off - damaged & permanently scarred. I will be requesting a full refund!!! DON'T waste your money here!
From what I have read, tons of people are basically going through the same type stuff with this company. Looks like it is time to file a class action lawsuit!
