I asked for someone else to talk to and it took 2 1/2 months before I got a hold of anyone. The attorney for the company told me basically too bad I wasn't getting my money back. I have not recieved service or product.
How can a company keep money they didn't earn. I was going to get the hair removal, but I changed my mind the same day and they aren't going to give it back. This company sucks! Please don't use them for anything because you won't get what a consumer/customer should get... satisfaction or curtious treatment.

Treatment not working
AUTHOR: Jane - (U.S.A.)

I supposedly have the "ideal" skin type for laser hair removal- dark hair and fair skin. I don't understand why it is not working. I thought I heard or read somewhere that "laser hair removal" really does not work. Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend laser hair removal to anyone, either with ALC or any other facility. If it does not work on someone with the "ideal" skin type, why bother? I wasted $2000.
If the treatment does work in the end, I will come back to this site and update my original report.
