In December, I purchased a new package, as after 3 years of laser hair removal package just finished up. My father became ill and I was unable to use the services, as I was out of town tending to my father and family for three months. When I returned home and to work, after 3 months, I had to cancel this treatment package, that had never been used. The manager, Alana, said it would take a dreadful 90-days to get the refund. It is nearly 5 months later and I still do not have a penny my full refund of $550, promised to be in my hands within 90 days. Each time I call to check on the status of the refund, the manager, Alana keeps giving me the same response, "Oh my, it's in accounting and I have no idea what the hold up is." Finally, when she couldn't use the "Technically, it hasn't been 90 days" she switched to "It will take up to 16 weeks." Now that is well past 16 weeks, I asked her to give me her managers and the accounting departments name and contact information so I can check into it myself. She refused, so I asked her to have someone contact me and she reassured me that the next day her regional manager or someone from corporate would get in touch with me. Since I never received the call back, I called Alana again, to only have my number blocked, sent directly to a message that says they cannot help me at this time, with no option to leave a message. Then, I did some on-line research to learn that I am not the only victim here. They have many lawsuits and BBB complaints filed against this corporation and am astonished they can still carry on like this. The complaints go back several years, to today!
