After getting online, American Legal Services PC has a banner on their website stating that there is a scam and to beware. I called the number on the website and spoke to a nice woman who gave me a few details regarding these scam artists.
I filled out an application online for a payday loan and learned that this is how they got my information.
I called the number back and it is a fast busy signal. It is recommended to try to get an address and report it to the FBI. I have not filed a police report as of yet but I will if I recieve more calls.

Search TipsThe FBI is not interested in potential scammers operating out of Pakistan or India. On the remote possibility that you were to find their address, the FBI could not do anything with that information.
" I have not filed a police report as of yet but I will if I recieve more calls. "
Do not waste your local police department's time. Neither they nor the FBI have jurisdiction in the location that this scam is operating from. Filing a report only wastes an officer's time and provides no benefit to anyone.
" I filled out an application online for a payday loan and learned that this is how they got my information. "
This is your big problem. You gave away all of your personally identifying information to strangers on the Internet. These particular scammers appear to only use it to try and scare people into paying debts that they do not owe. That doesn't mean they won't sell your info to other scammers who may try and steal your identity. I strongly suggest that you go to the FTC's identity theft web page and follow the advice there.
