I have recived multiple phone calls from AMERICAN LEGAL SERVICE over the last few days, todays phone call was extreamly scary. I was told that I owed a pay day loan from Cash Net USA, in an unknown amount the guy on the phone refused to give me any information leading to this amount and the phone number is from Staten Island NY, here is a number that called me. 347-983-7833 they also have called from other numbers from CA, PA, Delaware, VT, NH. Today these people threaten harm to my family and told me that i was being followed. With that being said i hung up called the company i was told i had a pay day loan out on they told me it was a scam and because i was threaten with physical harm I needed to contact my local PD department, close out any bank accounts, call all three credit companies, and such. As i did. I also contacted my employer because with reading reports from here they are known to contact you at your place of work. I have contacted my local pd departments, along with FTC, FBI, and every other place possible. The Officer dealing with my complaint at the PD department has contacted this person and told them they are not to call me again. Please be careful of these people and there scam do not give them any information. If you are contacted and threaten contact your local FBI, FTC and Police department. DONT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION!!!!!
