They fraudulently bill patients for care that is not necessary or warranted for their condition. The level of care ordered by doctors and care providers is upgraded for the sake of billing at a higher rate.
Policies, procedures and disciplinary actions are not fairly and consistently practiced across the board, employee to employee. Favoritism is practiced for certain employees while others are harassed.This practice is obvious to employees and has been documented and reported.
Quid Pro Quo is practiced and rewarded as promotion within the company. Certain female employees are promoted after reported promiscuous and unethical behavior with management, employees and surrounding agencies.
Employees have been threatened, harassed and terminated during union voting and for promoting union. The training department has threatened and demoted employees unfairly and continues to practice unfair and inconsistent disciplinary actions.
Employees are continually worked beyond fatigue and expected to drive while being fatigue, sometimes resulting in accidents behind the wheel. Expected to work with no breaks or lunches as the law requires.
