Regarding the complaint written by Ray Berry and American Mobile Home Sales (AMHS)

Although, I left the company almost 2 yrs ago (March 3, 2012), ONLY...because of the unprofessional behavior, and dysfunctionality of the company, particularly, the owner!

Still ... he seems to continue to slander my good name and reputation. I feel I must defend myself to these lies!

It is very sad to think that someone you worked for, for over two years can be so flagrant and hateful as to throw out terrible lies & false accusations just to damage one's reputation to affect their livelihood. 

It is absolutely Shameful & it is Harmful to one's integrity.

Then to take it even further...& to put these lies on the internet, writing total nonsense about me. I can only assume it is mainly due to "sour grapes" of me leaving his company to go to a better company, without all the drama.

HE is a very jealous, grudging type person...and exudes such bad "Karma" to others.

I was not only one of his top sellig agents, but I actually was the person he asked to train his new salepeople, because of my excellent sales and customer skills. 

I also taught his sales agents of teamwork, re enforcing the positive aspects of helping each other...& even the benefits of selling each other's listings, which, was never done prior to me working there! Most importantly, being honest, using good ethical practice with each other in working together, as well as, always doing the right thing for our customers!

Our customer's are our Bread & Butter!

I turned many of his disgruntled customers, who never wanted to do business with him, either by knowing his bad reputation, or had their own bad experience with him. My working for him...made him look good!

I could share so many REAL stories about this person, but I do not want to re-hash all of the terrible things I endured, while working for American Mobile Home Sales (AMHS), and mainly the owner, Ray Berry, & his assistant Liz. He made her do some awful things...as also very probable...having her write that terrible letter of lies about me.

Funny, the things written, were actually things she would tell me about "him"...especially when she was mad at him (which was often)...but... as always, she goes along with his frequent outrageous demands because he pays her under the table.

Everytime I try to forget this man or company...somehow he finds another way to torment me...either by pitting others (peers/business relations),  against me with lies... and even to say he fired me...which he did not!

I left the company because I just could not deal with his controlling antics, bad morals and poor business ethics! It was just The Last Straw! It was an absolute Nightmare working for this man! I cannot stand or tolerate "Liars"

I hope anyone reading this...will know, without a doubt, who to believe, and..to want to work with...

I can only hope you will not be swayed by the nonsense & lies of the person(s) slandering my good name & reputation!

Ray Berry and those working for this Owner of American Mobile Home Sales.

He has the "worst reputation" in the Mobile Home Industry. 

Sales agents who leave his company he slanders and dirty's their name in public and customers, other agents. He hired contractor's, never paying them for services rendered. He owes sales agents commissions, lies, steals commissions, sales proceeds, customer's deposits from buyer's & seller's, as well as, making illegal charges and payoff's, charging excessive fees, that goes solely into Ray's pocket!!

All the agents who leave him, such as one of the agents mentioned in this particular very "false report, written by Ray or he had one of his agents or his assistant Liz write to publically and personally slander, Tica Bagar. She is one of the victims of this abusive, vulgar and corrupt owner, Ray Berry.

He is the worst of character, who steals clients, steals other agents from other companies, and even steals client's from his own agents, as to not pay them a commission.

Tica left his company after he lied so many times to her and to her customers. The FINAL STRAW was because of his constant tormenting and disruptive behavior, that she could no longer tolerate.

He proved to be a verry disloyal, corrupt and psychologically disturbed owner, RAY BERRY of AMERICAN MOBILE HOME SALES.

Any information regarding Tica, on this website is totally inaccurate, and is the victim of Ray's "Sour Grapes".

She was a valuable & very successful agent who I have known through many business & personal associations. I only know her to be very concerned to maintain a good reputation and in taking care of her customer, even to bending over backwards to thier satisfaction.

When she finally decided to leave AMHS, She felt she could no longer tolerate his unethical & very dysfunctional behavior. She finally had to cut her losses, after 2+ years, as to leave to work for another company, & with a better reputation and of moral character, which Ray Berry, was neither.  

His assistant LIZ is just as corrupt, as she was an accessory to his poor business dealings and seemed to encourage his distasteful behavior, as to continue receiving extra income "under the table", as well as, other benefits (mistress), pursuing an "ongoing affair" with him, a married man. They have also been working together for years, prior to Tica joining the firm, & remembered them acting as a business together and misrepresenting their relationship. They continued this behavior even in front of clients and other agents working for his company. LIZ collects his regular payment installments of "un-reported" income while she also collects her monthly "disability government income".

They actually work out of her mobile home in Clearwater, as he only has an office on Gulf to Bay for only for purposes to deceive the Mobile Home Licensing board, which is required to have an actual address as a Dealer. However, it is only used as storage, & or coverup for other business or personal dealings. 

When not at her house on the computer or having his agents meet for periodic meetings, He basically runs his business out of his car or his condo in St Pete, where he resides with his wife,(Sandy),who is a registered RN at a Pinellas County Hospital. She aspparently has vested interest in his company and finances, therefore, he cannot afford a divorce, without a huge financial penalty, nor can he seem to behave as a morally responsible man, as he pursues his many indescretions, of which she may not be aware of.

He is an indignant, unprofessional, immoral, non religious person, who consistently burns every bridge he encounters with past clients, agents, mobile home parks, contractors, merchants, vendors, park managers, etc... and even his own Family members, including his own children, which have nothing good to say about nor have any contact with him.

If you work with or plan on working with either selling or buying from Ray Berry or his company, AMHS or American Mobile Home Sales, or his appointed co manager,agent, Pat, another untrustworthy agent, is definitely not someone or a company of any integrity, that you will want to deal with.

He exhibits a false charm, however, without any remorse for his wrong doings to others, business or otherwise. Don't be one of his many victims!
