American Mortgage Aid pretends and lies that they do not accept up front fees.
they have set up a phantom company Mortage Alert to sell the REST report and claim it is a third arty company, when it is in fact really run by AMA.
they claim all their fees are collected after an approval from your mortage servicer is received. the fact is the cost of the REST report is collected and is paid to AMA making it a up front fee
turns out they do not even order the rest report unless the client makes several demands for it.........they collect $1200 for a report that cost $200 if they even order it at all
Beware AMA , Rich Martin (if that is even his real name) are scamers and cheats
