I knew about this company online and flew to met them in person, the address is in Norcross, Georgia, but they showed me the computers at another location in Tampa, Florida, we agreed on the product and on the pricing and I place an order for 1000 Good Working Computers and 10,000 lbs. of scrap computers for the amount fo $42,000.00 dlls, which a deposited $4,000.00 as advance payment on may 2, 2011, and deposited the balance of $38,000.00 on may 6, 2011, almost two weeks later I received some computers which were not the quantity ordered nor the quality, I received almost 800 computers, around 300 good computers and almost 500 scrap computers. I have copies of the deposit slips from Bank of America.
I called him and flew to Atlanta to talk to him face to face and he never showed up, I went to his address (1755 Wilwat Dr., Norcross, Ga., 30093) and I found an empty warehouse which is not in use for I dont know for how long, then I found another company name that he is using at another location, Southern e-Recycle, LLC.
503 Commerce Park Drive, Suite B, Marietta, GA 30060, and again I just found another empty warehouse not in use for I dont know for how long.
He is not answering my phone calls, sometimes he replys one of my e-mails. He is still advertising computers and monitors online to other customers including me, and when I ask him why doesnt he send me those computers to fulfill my previous incomplete order, he replys by saying they are not his and that he is solving my situation, he always says the same but never how and when, all that he says are only excuses.
He just changed his phone number, it was (404) 444 9574, now
is (770) 940 1501.

I can send you several email addresses from people that have been scammed by Michael or Rick Head to get the real story. Please contact me.
I know about 1 company that went bankrupt because of them.
They have already been sued and didn't pay and they got sued again for the same reason.
I'm sure you didn't know about this.

there you can find everything about the case and basically it says that they have already been sued and didn't payed, and again the judge found them guilty and asked them to pay. They went in hiding after a while and their Lawyer resigned on them.

defense of American PC Brokers

I have known Mike for a long time and have purchased from him with no issues on our recent order he went above and beyond to get the order filled and even threw in some extras. American PC Brokers is not a bad company as I have dealt with them for years and I personally have been in this business for 15yrs
