I am writing this letter to ask for a FULL REFUND, today I was told by the applicant that they never requested a quote.
They were Spanish speakers and cursed me out in Spanish. I have had NO LUCK at all with your service.
I paid upfront $750 for nothing so far and the people are not at all happy with us calling.
This is the 3rd customer in a row that has had NO IDEA who we were and why we were calling.
I was told when I signed up for this and paid upfront that these were prospects that would be looking for insurance.
The person today (App ID – 6216998) was not looking for insurance and has had Allstate for 20 years and was very pissed that we called.
I am asking nicely for an immediate refund as this service is not working for me.
I was told the following by Bob Hill:
These clients fit in three categories – Clients who are looking for a new insurance company – relocation people or people looking for home insurance for the first time. We guarantee in writing the agencies we team up with will be….
(1)…. The one only exclusive agent to contact the clients we offer in their area of choice.
(2)…. That agency will write a minimum of 20 new client policies in 45 – 90 business days.
Below is the process we created to accomplish this…..
This has not been the case whatsoever with the applications I have received so far!

Hi my name is Carmen Turner and I purchase some leads from American Premier Network and I received all the applicants that was sold to me and my average was 45% from what I was sold. I got very good success and good value information from the quality of leads I received and about the replacement policy I submitted 9 for replacement out of 25 leads that I purchased. This company provide 3 categories relocation people, people from the area looking for a new insurance company, etc and first time buyers. To complete my order with American Premier Network it took me around 45 business days and I'm not considered the greatest sales but I got my job done. With those leads that American Premier Network provide me it doesn't depend only on the quality of the leads it depends on you the sales ability. I wish I can be there reference for American Premier Network but I cant because I have a business to run and don't have the time to answer 8-16 phone calls per day. But I recommend great quality of the product that American Premier Network provide me.
