My January phone bill showed a charge of $14.95 for two months by American Premium Warehouse.I contacted my phone company and was told the charge would go into "dispute" for x-number of days and they provided a phone number to contact Integretel.

I questioned the phone company as to who is Integretel,they replied that Integretel was nothing but a billing company.Upon calling and questioning Integretel,I was told they had billed me for the next two billing cycles and I would have to repeat the process all over again to clear the charge.When I asked who is American Premium Warehouse I was told that was confidential information.

This whole ordeal raises some serious questions and it reveals the incompetence of the telephone company and regulating bodies to allow any company to attach charges to a utility without question.

Complaints were filed with the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio,The FTC,The BBB of San Jose,California.The PUCO refered me back to the Attorney General who said it was a PUCO problem,The FTC was not even interested,The BBB of San Jose said Integretel was not a member but they would accept the complaint.

Further discussions with the telephone company only resulted in third party blocking of outside billing.The telephone rep said that Integretel is a legitamate billing company,but it's clients or a percentage of them are not legitamate.The telephone company said they will charge-back to Integretel for the charges on my bill.When my telephone rep finished with the process he came back and said I would have a 0 balance on my next phone bill due to all the charges made by Integretel.

So Integretel & American Premium Warehouse will continue to get away with unathorized charges to telephone bills for awhile.
