As far as I could get into my own investigation is to find out that he works for American Recovery Services Inc. This is a repossesion company and nothing more.
I have been literally threatened to be turned into my "PAROLE" officer, in which I don't have and never did have!! He has gone to extremes to tell others that I would go back to prison where I have never been!!
He has called my family members and proceeded to tell them that my website accounts were not very nice. I pulled up my accounts to see that he had signed into them and lied to everyone about my accounts.
He proceeded to tell me that he knows I don't pay my bills and he knows this for a fact. There isn't anyone in todays economy that can pay their bills while unemployed!!!
Everyone knows how hard it is today to find a job in which I have been seeking employment for almost a solid year.
I also contacted Harley-Davidson and told them if they pulled him off the case I would tell them where the motorcycle was!!
They in return pulled him off the case and I contacted someone else and told him exactly where my bike was!!
Today, I got another phone call from "Investigator" Brown telling me that I lied and the motorcycle was not there.
I under no circumstances lied about the whereabouts of the motorcycle!! He also threatened my mother to call the apartments where she lived, and cause problems for her!!
I am fed up with his accusations and him trying to push me around!! I will not tolerate anyone to try to cohearse me into telling them any information!! There is a lot more information I have written down.
Something needs to be done with this company, as they lie to everyone and try and make them believe the lies and upset others.
