American Registration Center Inc. Totally big rip-off, doesn't keep their promise. Montebello California

On Aug. 25, 2006, I read an ad in the LA Times stating that the U.S Postal/Government was hiring and they started you off with full pay/benefits, and to applied at the ARC.

On Aug. 29, 2006, I made an appointment for a placement test. So on that day, I went into the office and took the test. After turning in the exam, they made me wait and provided a brochure & papers about the great opportunities is waiting for you. Everything seem great!

Later, I met with the interviewer by the named of Victoria. She said, "Congratuation that I passed the exam, which I was hesitate and suspicious. Because she didn't even bother of show me my results. She explained to me how the process worked in order to work for Postal, and a fee to pay. So I did what I knew I shouldn't have done, a fee of $395.00. She also kept telling me that whenever I want my money, it will be returned , ' Money Back Guarantee'.

In mid 2007, I've been call ARC, but kept busy. Then I tried call them in late 2007, which I am getting tired of it. I drive there and spoke one of the rep to get my money back. She said, 'In order to get your money back, you need to register to for 3 tests, fail them, and we will return your money back.' She lookup my file and will be schedule, after that I haven't recevied a single test date by mail or by phone. I was supposed to get something sooner, but never did.

On April 21, 2008, I drive to ARC and spoke with the rep again, funny thing they cannot find my file. Meantime, one of the rep was request from Postal through internet. But still haven't received further notice.

Decem. 01, 2008, (Updating) Finally I am getting tire with this, must take this acting. File rip-off.

Why is this situation taking so long? Where's my money?
