I started my modification process in 2-09. I went to the the National home Ownership association as recomended(not mandatory) and was working with them. My morg. co. received all my documentation on 2-3-09.I recieved forclosure papers 6 weeks later, I was in close contact with my morg.co(American Servicing Co) the whole time. I was assured that as long as I was working with them my home would not go into active forclosure,I was also assured I would not owe any money as this is what the modification is for by about 15 different reps or more condsidering I called them 3 times a month. I received a phone call on 10-05-09 from my negociator(they changed 5 times) that my modification went through my payment went down along with my interest rate..GREAT!!! I say then he says we need $3000.00 by 11-01-09 ...I say that is 3 weeks from now!!...he says that is Attorney fees and recovery fees etc..Im LIVID!!!.. I tell him I don't have 3 grand ,if I did I wouldn't be in this mess. He says that is the only thing we can do for you...Im like HELLO what would you like me to do bend over and pull it out of my A**!!..They gave me 3 weeks to come up with 3 grand!!..I call the Home ownership association and she as well has never heard of this.We did a 3 way phone call and theu REFUSE to work with me. Even though I offered to send them an Xtra $100.00 a month and pay it off in full at tax time, they are like sorry about your luck we have to follow procedure. Im totally confused, I thought the whole reason was to keep me in my home. I have talked to them till im blue in the face and they say there is nothing I can do. I have called every other angency I can think of. So what now 1 more empty house in OH ...THANKS for my bail out Wells Fargo!!!...How in the H*** do you F***ers sleep at night? I truly feel sorry for all you money grubbing B**tards.What comes around goes around..Good Luck on that note
