My mortgage was brought buy ASC in 2006 I wish it was still with First Franklin. Called in Jan 09 to ask was i eligible for a modification because my mortgage was going to adjust in march the rep on the line told me NO i was not in the guidelines for a modification so my mortgage adjusted in march and obama passed the bill for the modifications i hired a company to represent me in march got all my paper work to them. They faxed over all the info towards the end of March beginning of April did not get a letter from ASC until May 6 stating they would let me know a status in 30 days.At least twice a week the company i hired calls the mortgage company they keep telling them its in pending status.

Get a phone call today from the guy that is handling my modification they denied my modification b/c of income. The guy starts going over all the information he gave them and come to find out the rep over looked my income and put the wrong numbers in and now they want me to start the process all over AGAIN. I have not been late on my payments yet but things are getting very tight i also take care of my sick father along with my kids. My mortgage is due to adjust again in aug i don't know what to do!!!!!!! TALK ABOUT A DELAY TACTIC. They are not willing to just reopen the file that i already have there. It's there error and my kids and i have to suffer for there error and they DON'T CARE. What else can i do? Can we get a class action law suit started.
