had lender based insurance, didnt think i paid or when i read the thing that was sent to me, no responce after a fire. on a fluke, after at lease 6 phone calls to american servicing company amd even a fax, asking for the insurance company and there information, i called once again. this time was told i had insurance, checked with several attornies, said i could not sue them for the 60,000 rent i lost over about 2 years. of course in forclousure now, the house is a 3 unit, i live in the back, and the rents are ok, about 2,300 per month, easly able to make the payments, owe about 135,000 now,,,.
i have the fax, no responce, the phone calls id think i could get, dosent this stink some or is it just me,,,
course during all of this, over drank, didnt work much, etc. house is all fixed up now, im looking into chapter 7 or 13 now,,,,,,sure sucks, dosent it.
