The ecig product is not bad. The problem is customer service. You are on hold forever, cannot get them to cancel your account, rude, rude, rude. I got upset after three attempts to reach these people on three different days on hold for more than 15 minutes each time. The last call after I finally cancelled my account, she forgot to hang up and started bad mouthing me with me on the line! I told her I would make a internet complaint on the company. This company is definately operated out of a garage or home and it is not a professional business. Please do not get duped into the free trial....you will be sorry.
