American Standard Financial I was scamed also with this lie. They said I was qualified to receive grant for 4,500 and only thing I would have to pay is 359.00 for processing. This as around August 2007, it took a while to receive my package or application. I got fill it out and returned it. Since then I've been getting the run around. Lesson learned I will never do that again. Champlain New York
