American Standard Financial No Grant nor Money Back Champlain New York

I have received a phone call in June from ASF informing me that I am eligible for a goverment grant, but must have $359.00 for a filing fee. I gave them my account number so they could withdrawal it from my account, and a couple days later they did. Last year was my first year in college and i needed the money to help pay fot it since i was $2,000 short so the rgant would really help. They said i would get the papers in 20 business days but it took about 3 months. Once i sent it in they said it would take a couple of weeks. I got tired of waiting so i called the company back and got a message saying there number had changed. I called that number and the person i got said that ASF had gone out of business. I didn't get the grant nor my $359 back.
