American Standard Financial Promised riches...found myself poorer Champlain N.Y. New York

I was called by this company stating that I was qualified for a $4500.00 grant. I only had to pay $359.00 for the legal process of releasing my paperwork. (Which was fully refundable) After months of waiting I received my "grant" in the form of a grant kit. Now why this packet costs so much was really odd to me... Anyways, I've requested a refund, I've been given the run around, still no money. I've been on hold for hours a day, with still no relief in site. I'm so heartbroken about the whole matter. I can't beleive I was ripped off. This really sucks. My 3 children and I already have a hard enough time.
