American Standard Financial I gave up $359 to receive $4500 and now find out I was scammed New York, champlin New York

On june of 2006 American Standard Financial called me saying that they had great news that the IRS owed me 4500$ and that i would recieve it in with 72 hrs in my checking account. I was not very intrested but in a way i thought this would be a way to get out of debt and give my kids a good christmas being a single mother of two. So the lady at American Standard Financial convinced me to go ahead and doing it with a small fee of only 359.00 which i borrowed the money from my father. And on 7/02/2006 American Standard Financial took the 359.00 out of my checking account the were sure quick to take the money out of my account, Every time i call them to find out where the 4500.00 is the tell me a different story on where it is. After the 6 month of hearing excusses of where the money is i started doing research and I come to find out it is all a scam and that there is no money coming at all. If i never see the 4500.00 i would like to at least have my 359.00 back so my kids of 5 yrs old and 17 mon old have a little bit of a christmas. For all you single mothers out there dont beleive any one who calls you and tells you they have money owed to you its all a scam.
