American Standard Financial THIEVES Stealing from consumers with lies. St. George Barbados

I was contacted by this company about four months ago. They called me and explained that i was garuanteed a government loan in the amount of 4500.00. I sat on the phone and listened to the customer representative as she explained the details, and what i was required to do to receive a check. I was instructed that there was a processing fee for the paper work to begin, and that the fee was 359.00, and that it would have be automatically withdrawn from my account. At first i was not sure about this, but then i thought maybe its true so i went ahead and granted the company access to my account in which they did take out the required amount. I was told i would receive some forms to fill out and send back, and after that i would receive a check from the government. When i finally received a package from American Standard Financial, after a number of phone calls to them asking when i was expected to receive the forms. I was shocked when i opened the package, it was an application, and a booklet on how to file for government grants, i was very, very upset. On the package was step by step instructions on sending the unused package back and receiving a full refund; well i followed every instruction on the package, and to this day i have not received a refund. I have called these people countless times and have not got a strait answer yet. Please help. The package was sent back on July 6, 2007.
