This is not a case of "buyer beware," but a case of sour grapes.   The person who wrote the complaint is the sister of someone who ordered from American Standard Health.   She is upset and angry that we would not refund a product because her sister ordered it and Wendy thought her sister shouldn't order health products.

Nevada has a three day "right to recind" sale law.  The person who made the sale DID NOT CALL!  Instead, it was Wendy who called and complained, NOT the original buyer!   Wendy did not call within 3 days to return the product, she did NOT have permission from the original buyer to call!  There was nothing wrong with the product, she simply felt her sister shouldnt have it.   She ordered a superfood, Marine Phytoplankton.   No different than going to a grocery store and buying food, you can't return things to a grocery store simply because you changed your mind!

Wendy was given a discount of more than 60% off list price.   At 60% lower than list, our pricing is LESS, far less, than our nearest competitors.   She ordered more than a case!   Why didn't Wendy explain in her original complaint that her sister recieved such a massive discount?

On top of this, we verify every sale with multiple people and record those verifications.  Wendy was never on the call when this product was ordered, she is simply angry because we would not refund something she did NOT order!
