American Standard Homes I paid them to help me get a home/ they said I could get my money back after 90 days if I was unhappy. now they wont give me my money back and I started asking over 1-2 months ago based out of cali Nationwide

I called and paid 199.00 to this company and they was suppose to help me buy pre-foreclosed homes....with no money down we just take over payments. I was told if I was unhappy for any reason I would get my money back after 90 days. well the website they have gives address of homes that has already been left by the owners and went through forcloser. Or you get addresses that dont exist or have several addresses that belong to the same spot on a street...not even a real house. When you send out the letters they say you have to send...you get them back unopened with postage that says no forwarding address...I emailed them and asked for my money back...then sent them a letter with all my information on it asking...now they tell me I have to send them 5 letters of denial..you cant get these letters cause it never makes it to the owners or anyone else...I just want my money back....and my credit card company telles me I only have 180 days for them to get it back..so they claim they cant help me...someone please just get me my 199.00 back and close this place down once and for all
