American Standard Rent to Own Ripped Me off for the Refund after 90 Days ventura, California

This company is a complete rip off.  The listings are fake most of them if not all of the listings.  The properties have already been forclose, sold or rented.  I called to request for my refund today and was told I had to send denial letters from owners and a cancellation letter.  This is just another way for them bot to refund your money.  How can I supply them with denial letters from owners that don't live at the properties.  The won't list their name on craig list, or rental sites, you don't het the name of the company until you've paid your money then everything changes.  Customer service is awful, I've been left on hold for a whole hour and hung up on.  Something really need to be done about this company ripping people off for ther hard earned money just went to waste.  I got no help from this company in finding me a place.  I did find a place and guess what I'm getting letters from other victims of the rip off the same letters I was sending out to owners.  This has got to be against the law some where in the US.
