I was in need of selling my timeshare. I owe back maintance fee's and they told me that they would be able to sell my property in a month with no problems what so ever. They told me I would have a one time fee of $1000.00 that usually they got $1999.00 but if I had timeshare rentals available they would use them towards the payment. I said I had one week that they could use. I had very little money and they said they would take the week and $701.00 up front and the remander at the end of the sale. Which was $300.00. I said fine. This was in November. I did not hear from them in December I had to continue to call them over and over. Then in January I had Jessica give me a call updating me on the property. When oddly I got a call from a very rude girl called Michelle. She told me she had a buyer for my property. That all I had to do was give her the remaining balance on my account of over $1000.00. I told her she was mistaken that all I owed was $300.00. She was rude and told me I was wrong. I told her I could not pay that amount and I suggested to have the people buying the property to pay it and take it out of my check. She was very rude to me and said I doubt it and that she would give me a call back. Three days later she still had not called I kept calling and leaving messages. Nothing. Then today I get a rude phone message saying she is calling me back but she has no idea why. Then I call her back and she is still rude to me stating that the people would not do the deal that they are not responsible for that. I told her I wanted to speak to her supervisor and she said fine. Her name is Jessica. Of course I have spoken to Jessica in the past but Jessica is not in right now. When I had spoken to Jessica in the past regarding my account she was the one setting up appointments. So I called back leaving Jessica another message. Then I looked the company up on line again and found there other number and the owner and managers names. I called back and spoke to the rude receptionist and said I wanted to speak to them by name and she stated they are not there that they Never come into the office. I asked if they had voice mail and she stated no. I said I would call back. In the process I clicked the better buisness beauruo and found out there is still nothing against them. I then decided to put the owners name into the search base to find a phone number and that is when I found this site and the report from the other person.
I highly recommend that no one do buisness with them. I know now I have lost my money and perhaps my weeks that I have banked.
