American Truck Group Maria, Nicole, Ralph, Eric Sold me a piece of SH* TRUCK with a blown motor!! Internet

I did a lease purchase though American Truck Group on January 30 2013!! The motor blew on febuary 19 2013!! It has been nothing but a nightmare with there do called csr's!! Maria who is supposed to be a manager is rude and a liar and won't put anything she says in writing!! Nicole needs to be fired because of her mouth and how ignorant she is to people!! You can't get Eric the shop manager on the phone he is to chicken shit to talk to you about the shit equipment that they are selling!! Needless to say it is now Wednesday Febuary 27 2013 and nothing has been done but AMERICAN TRUCK GROUP lying!! I was told buy a csr nicole to get hunter peterbulit in pennsville nj to send them a estimate!! That was after I had to pay for my own tow!! $500 down the drain!! They told me the estimate was to high they had to tow the truck only back to Mississippi!! Leaving me and my trailer in NJ!! How in the hell was I going to get me and my trailer to Mississippi with no truck?? Then Eric changed his mind and told Maria to call me and tell me that they were going to fix the truck in nj!! Then that same night maria calls me back and tells me no the peterbuilt dealer is refusing to work on the truck!! What the f*k kind of sense does that make if that is what they get paid to do is work on trucks!! I called peterbuit and they said they never said any such thing!! AMERICAN TRUCK GROUP ARE A BUNCH OF LIARS POINT BLANK AND WON'T PUT ANYTHING IN WRITING!! I finally get in touch with Ralph the head csr manager so they say. He seems to be some what understanding of the 7 days days of bullshit!! He tells me that they are going to tow the truck to mississippi and check the truck and if the truck is able to fixed in a timely manner they would get me squared away or if the truck wasn't they would get me a new truck or they would just give me a check for my down payment and part ways!! I asked him to send me all that via email and guess what?? It never came!! I called the next day and the liar Maria said she did send it and I asked her to resend and nothing!! They are the biggest liars I asked to speak to Ralph and she said he was in Georgia or some shit!! So I call peterbuit to let them no I was coming there to clean my truck out and they told me I could get into the truck via a email for American truck group to secure the truck because a tow truck would be there to get the truck!! I had to get escorted to the fucking truck to get my shit out of the truck!! Mind I have only had this truck 27 days and this is crazy with a 30days warranty on the motor!! What the f*k!! These people are crooks and I don't know how they sleep at night with the shit that they got going on down there!! I hope nobody has to go threw this and trust me it's not over!!
