On or about the 16th day of August, 2013, a civil complaint styled and numbered as American Truck Group, LLC, et al. v. Harris, et al., cause number 24C01:13-cv-01160, was filed in the County Court of Harrison County, Mississippi. This Court is physically located at 1801 23rd Avenue, Gulfport, Mississippi 39501.
