As it relates to the dates provided for pick up and delivery, all dates are estimates and not guaranteed; yet the agent does attempt to service the move on the dates requested; however it still depends on the movers route and schedule. Guaranteed service on or between agreed dates is an optional service that is available at an additional cost. Absent selecting and paying for the optional extra service guaranteeing specific pickup and delivery dates, the agent is required to pick up and deliver the shippers property with reasonable dispatch and in a reasonable time. When we reserved Ms. O'Neal's move, all documents were forwarded outlining detailed specifics of the move. These documents were returned with her signature acknowledging she understood the terms of the shipping agreement.
Your account records indicate that you were assigned a claim representative in regards to your claim for your losses and the level of service received by the agent. It is stated that an agreement was made between yourself and our office with a settlement amount. We do hope that this amount was satisfactory to you as we always strive to to please all our customers.
We appreciate the time you have taken to share your feedback, and even though it is not a positive as we had hoped for, we will definitely take in to consideration your expressed concerns and work extremely hard in rectification of improving our company to provide the most impeccable moving services in the future.
