American Voyager Travel, Grand Voyager Travel RIP OFF In Houston, Dallas, Memphis, Atlanta, Chatanooga, Tampa, And Many More! ripoff Dallas Texas

This company has been ripping off the American public for over three years selling a product with no service! Hardly ever phone calls are returned either from the Dallas office or the so-called Houston office now reduced to a single home-based agent. Is this what we paid so much money for???

We joined in 2003 looking forward to cheap travel and "fams". Turns out their prices are higher that those found on the internet on our own. In theory, the program looks good but it seems no one knows what they are doing!
Another issue: "commissions" promised when selling travel. Up to this day we're still owed over 2000 dlls. Our calls are ignored and/or heavily screened. When you do get someone on the phone, you hear the same lies all over again: check will be in the mail, etc.

We are very disappointed with this Company.They have closed down in other cities overnight only to start anew in many others. Is that their way to do business? BBB does not give them a good report. Tried in many ways to get our money refunded however calls and letters have been unanswered. Main reason they are still in business is because in spite numerous unhappy "members", the complaints either have not made it to the A.G.'s office or they have not been numerous enough to catch his attention. We have to join as a group and bring them down. It is the only way. Remember: there is strength in numbers!

If someone out there already has started a lawsuit, we can all join in. We have to take drastic measures,else these people will skip town with our money.It would not be the first time. Let's stop them now.
