I have filled a small claims court suite against the company and Melissa Hilliard which will be granted to be on December 14th. The company never even responded to the suite. I will proceed to collecting information about the owners and file the information to the Dallas police (Organized Crime Devision). The owners are an extended family from Iran and I after I find further data, I intend to check with the FBI and Homeland Security. The family and friends are sharing owner ship in various addresses and with various properties. There is much more than meets the eye on this company and individuals. While I may never receive my money back, I will be this family's worst nightmare. Also, who knows where all of this money is going. As much as I hate all of our homeland security craze, this may be one place where they need to look more closely.
