If a refund was given it was spread over two to four months to enable the principals at AVTI to use these consumer funds at the expense of the unsuspecting consumers. The podium presentation is designed to tell people that they will get FAM rates from all travel organizations when in fact this is misleading and only a few extend this courtesy. AVTI has problems in Memphis as well and as of January 6, 2004 was planning to close their office and run into the night as is their prefered "modus operandi".
Melissa Hilliard and Mathew (whoredog) Samei is the head of the travel agency and the worst offender and liar. These people have left a trail of unpaid suppliers and landlords an arms lenght long. They owed the phone company $40,000 and changed service, they left their marketing location on Pipleine Rd in Hurst- in the middle of the night owing at least three months rent (I was instructed to move them out in the middle of the night)Who's Next? At this time I am pursuing a report with at least three Attorney General Offices at the state, regional, and local levels and by God I hope that these scam artists get what's coming to them from these agencies.
