I received a call from Xavier Marshall. He said he is an Attorney through American Legal Services. He stated that I had defaulted on payday loans. I do have some that I started to pay off. He said that my name had gone to the District Attorneys office. I will be charged with 3 different charges. I panicked because I am a single parent and paid. He says I still owe.
