First of all the program doesnt work,- as explained earlier , when I went to Pompano, there was one Man in the back of the one little room in the warehouse . This is suppose to be a dynamic co., their he sits with one laptop computer , no
servers or equipment you would need to run a computer email business!!
I sat there watching and asking questions ; getting no clear answers , and Tim was suppose to be the big Man , he could never get the program to work on my laptop or his! He stumbled around , left the program a couple of times to
get codes or whatever, never could he get it to work, after 1 hour or he gave up ! I asked for my Money back , he said he wasnt authorized. Now I traveled 500 mi round trip to see this Dog and pony show!
Opt in email is people who give permission to receive email , His program sends out to any body and everybody, it is nothing but an illegal SPAM Program!!1
You look at that web page I sent, this Man is operating under several different names; when they catch up to him he closes down , then opens up under a different name. This Man Tim is a yes Man to answer all the complaints, and every time I call he stalls by giving more codes! This has been going on since the middle of June!
The bottom line here is , his own tech couldnt get the program working , that is the big promise they didnt fulfill for $490 if you look at that web page , there are plenty of complaints to back me Up. And the fraud dept. tried to sweep this
under the rug sending out denials late so I wouldnt be able to get my complaint in in time ! So I sent in a certified signed receipt , which got conveniently lost, and I have a receipt to back it up!
And that Man I spoke with , Mr Thomas should be fired , or at least not be in such an important job!

How was the merchandise or service was not as described? His current letter could be used but it is not super clear as
to what an opt in service is and what it does.
