America's Infomart 2012 Calbren Enterprises, LLC This company does not pay their contractors !!! Allen, Texas

First of all I dedicate this report to all my fellow REO Contractors Nationwide who in one way or another have been ripped off by companies like this one. Plus I invite all lenders out there including those directly linked to the Federal Government and review the unethical business practices and the ton of injustices the have incurred on, where we the contractors have invested our time and money delivering the right product and because the reps at this places are having a bad day you get the shi-tty end of the stick.

I've seen this happen numerous times with other firms, some Nationals and a lot more regional companies. Bottom line is this, people like this shouldn't be working in the industry. In my case it wasn't much it's about 350 dlls, but is the action and the bullshit they try to pull. I called their Accounts payable dept, and the rep from this dept says, oh there's a not they didn't have enough pictures of the winterization. Funny thing, I submitted over 400 pictures of a partial winterization in a house where all the copper has been stolen, and most part of the drain is also gone. Then they ordered to cap the water lines in the same property, which we did and submitted at least another 80 pictures of the work and the new findings at the same address. I find it really amusing for someone to tell me there's not enough material to pass the order and that they have taken 75% off from the price for that reason, when the rep herself states in an email it's the best documented order she has ever seen and that there was no need for so many pictures. Now Infomart has also fallen in a different category. They have maliciously changed the results of a loss draft inspection for Wells Fargo Bank. Why? I mean is it that difficult to report the truth to the bank? and take their medicine because they originally hired the wrong contractor to do the job in this house in Compton, CA?

It's companies like America's Infomart that give this business a bad name and a bad reputation. Plus their personnel are full of shit, they have bullied my people at the office and even called at 11plus at night to demand that we take an order because no one else wants to take it. Seriously ?? You guys need to disappear from the face of the earth. Sarah Dolman, David Khan and Mike Britt are behind this scam. Don't let this crowd fool you; they are only ok with you if they bully you, but if you get your guard up, you become their worst enemy.
