A year ago, I contacted the New York State Consumer Protection Office to let them know that we were getting multiple requests for money from people who had purchased Stephen Young/Communications Publishing's "book".
They have been working on investigating this fraud. Please go to the link below and fill out their form. If many people do this, then perhaps this fraud can be stopped.
