this is the worst run mortgage company in the world, get out if u can, they are rude for no reason, they wont help you for nothing, they are run by a bunch of young misfits who should be working at burger king, i think thats where they recruit from!!!! ridiculous. i have been trying to modify my load for 6 months and those retards keep telling me they cant because my income dont match their criteria! well whats your criteria retards?? if i cant pay reduce my payment and interest rate back to what it was and maybe i can afford to pay and you wont have to foreclose!!!! o yeah u dont care, i forgot! go ahead and put another family on the street cause you cant help anyone but your wallets~ i see. you mother FU%$#%s! i cant believe they are in business! they need to get the officials in their and see all their illegal activity! sad sad. how many people need help and they wont help? tell me? its not rocket science to see that if they remove the new interest rate and payment they have put on homeowners they can afford their home until this economy recovers! simple easy and people can relax and do what we do, work and enjoy our homes!!!!
