The truth is they lied. They led me and my fellow Americans to slaughter. They did it with intent.I did the trial payments as requested, then tried to sign a permanent deal. They. Who were They? Almost 1 yr and a half later I find out that they didn't even have a right to my home! Outraged? Flabbergasted? Shocked? I 'm trying to find the word. Some very clever minded criminals walked right into my house and conned me out of my home, all on a lie! I could have done so many different things if they would have just said No Deal. Period. I would have rented it, sold it. Saved my credit, and had a little money. I was foreclosed upon by National Default Servicing Corporation out of Arizona. I lived in a beautiful home in Las Vegas, Nevada.They had no business licence in my state to foreclose. It was therefore wrong. America's Servicing Company/Wells Fargo.They kept asking me to send more documents all the way up to the end. They told me every thing was being reviewed. It was all my fault for not sending the right documents. I was a complete basket case over the faxing over and over all of my bank statements, profit and loss statements,100s of phone calls,you know the run around story. We all do... They did it for the money, and they kicked us out, and heartlessly without a thought.  I admit, a year and 8 months ago, Sept. of 2010, I simply lost my mind with hopeless,useless, frustrated, anger and rage.This report is closure for me. It's also Validation that I was not Bi-polar, mentally ill, negligent, or incompetent in any way. I was cheated out of my home, and justifiably I am mad! I've finally read other stories of people going through the same nightmare I did. Now, I'm getting a chance to have an objective party take a review. The Federal Regulators and The OCC. I may be due compensation. May...?Now I have to work like the Devil to proove they lied. To someone who is "objective". Then, "they" might give me my home back. What about the people that are living in it? What about them? What about the countless nights of worry, fear, gut wrenching heart sobbing tears and nightmares I went through for months?? I have Post Stress Traumatic Syndrome  from the whole hellish experience! Can you feel my pain and anguish? Of losing something I put my heart and soul into, all I ever had...I worked out of my home.It was my sanctuary, It was my lifes DREAM!While "They" live the life of luxury of the Elite Wealthy? Self entitled Devine right "They". Let's see what the truth is. If you steal a little, you go to prison, steal alot, you have a nice retirement! Let's see how the Karma falls. .....Unite and stand my fellow American's! Sue the Banks for every dime and punitive damages! Believe that Good WILL triumph over Evil!
