Tried for a loan modification. Talked to about 20 representatives that gave me different information; not to mention different fax numbers-so, by their account,they never got all of the papers at once. That's their way of stalling so that you get behind in your payments and lose time. Either the papers were not readable; or all of the papers didn"t get there- there was always an excuse why they could'nt modify my loan. One representative said she did'nt know there was any such department as loan modification.

In addition, the fax numbers were wrong when I called them back- another stall tactic, and oh, by the way,anyone ever heard of an suspense account? They put your mortgage payments in there when you pay them, then a month later you wonder why your payment is late and you've been charged a late fee. They give you misguided information, as well as poor service. I have 2 loans, so I had to call back after making the first payment. Thus, I've been charged ten dollars each call. It's no wonder why you aren't able to pay on line to save yourself some money. Biggest scammers in the world!
