Search TipsAmericredit has ON-LINE access where you can get you statements, transaction history, as well as make payments. So why did you need to go to a judge to get your statments?
Also, why would you even considering buying a car that you would have to "struggle" with payments for a year?
What exactly was "faudulent" about the statements?
As for your payment not going down. Were you paying by the due date? If your bill is due on the 1st, it is LATE on the 2nd. So you will be charged additional interest. So if you are a few days late each month(especially at the beginning) it can add up to a bit of money.
Americredit is a Sub-Prime lender because you had issues in the past. But from experience I can tell you that if you make your payments on-time your balance will go down and your credit history will improve. This is what will enable you to refinance your loan.
Do you know in the first few years of the loan you are paying on the interest? Do you know that?
You are with Americredit, which is a SUB-PRIME lender because YOU have a SUB-PRIME credit reputation. YOU have a REPUTATION off NOT paying YOUR bills on-time.
You act surprised they said they will repo if you don't make your payments on time. Do you think they owe you a car?
You got involved with a clearly fraudulent operation, Bill Heard, otherwise known as Bogus Billy. Bogus Billy shut down because of the $50 MILLION lawsuit filed by the state of Georgia due to fraud and deception in a continuous pattern.
Why is it the many, many customers of Americredit don't have any problems with them? Who does the complaining, those who won't abide by their commitment to make every payment on time, every time.
