Amerifundnow.com Mortgage refi company refused to pay me! Watch out...the manager is very unethical! Laguna Hills, California

First of all, I was doing a good job and provided the loans officers there with about 30 or more hot leads. The other loan officer whom hired me Joseph, told me and I know for a fact that I did have some deals closing which I helped them obtain. The bonuses as contracted was at least. $50 per closed loan of which it is the company that is responsible for accounting, not the telemarketer. This man also let several of us go becasuse he never funded proper marketing which is ok, but do not go and lie now and say it was our fault! Allen is simply getting out of paying what is legally owed me and then when I have simply called and visited and told them that I will file online complaints if not paid, he calls that some type of harrassment. Harrassment has a legal definition and it most certainly is not what I have done by standing up for my rights. I am not mad nor irritated at this mans unethical and greedy behavior, but I do have a lawyer friend who I may need to stop his lying about my good character. This type of employer is an intimidater type which, when stood up at, projects their own inner rage against the victim all the while feeling nothing about it. I actually said to him in the office, how can you treat people loke this..it is really low. He replied that he really does not care. I appreciate rip off reports and just want people who may be checking him out online that they know what type of person they are dealing with. He caused this action, not I.

This man worked with us for a short period of time doing some telemarketing, unfortunately due to lack of his performance we parted ways with him and several other who weren't preforming as we should. At the time when we retained his services we provided him a contract stating both parties may terminate the contract at any time. Mr. Fabian was paid all his wages as well as several others, no on else had a problem but evidentally he believed he was still owed money from commissions which he had no record or proof of. He calls us non stop , leaves messages on every number harasses our current employees and sends emails. Mr. Fabian showed up on our office threatening that he will take further action if he is not paid on his so called deals, I politely asked if had any records or proof as we had nothing showing that he was due for any commissions, which he didn't have proof of an stated that was besides the point, huh... I ask how do we pay someone with no records no proof on either side but yet he wanted to be paid so I told him to leave and take any actions he would like to take if he had proof. After our brief meeting he sends me another message via email threating again so I told him to f*** off as one would after being annoyed and harrassed numerous times.

Now he is out there filing reports, we have been in business for over 8 years without a single compliant until Mr. Fabian came around. We currently are seeking legal action against him for harassment.

I ask the public for him to show any proof that he is due any fees and we will resolve the problem immediately. But we will not stand up for harassment or disgruntle employees trying to take advantage of honest company.
