Amerigas Propane Company advertised free switching and 1st fill up for $1.69gal. Never honored any part of the ad and never said how much I was charged per gal. Atlanta , Georgia

Amerigas mailed out postcard stating propane 4 $1.69 a gal with cost for labor or switching with an expration date of 11/30/2010. I call and was told to bring the postcard to the Ahoskie Office.  I was also  told the cost would be $372. which I paid on 11/26/2010. I     received 1st bill with the cost of $97.00 and when questioned  the charge I was told It would be adjusted  and I was asked did I want the tank filled.  Each time I spoke to a representative I was told she need to locate my paperwork in their office to make the adjustment to the bill.  It has been several months and it  is very clear the postcard was just a dishonest trick to lure new customers to Amerigas because the tank is exclusive for their company and they have no intentions of honoring any part of their  ad.
I want to alert future customers and get justice for their deceit and added cost which I do not owe.  I never received any information about the per gal cost I was charged.
