If not, don't pay it and live with the consequences.
Amerigas contracts with suppliers for a fixed period of time for a fixed price and can't control what the rate will be when they come up for renewal.
I know it's a distasteful charge, but just may be to your advantage. Amerigas is just trying to cover their bottom line by charging a fee to guarantee a rate.
BTW, are they really from "hungary?"
