Ameriloan Internet Ameriloan Payday Loans No "record" of payment Nevada, Minnesota Internet

6-18-07 I accepted a payday loan from Ameriloan. The payment for that loan was taken 2 weeks before the payment was due from my account causing a HUGE overdraft on the account. I received a call from Ameriloan stating that they had no record of payment. I printed a statment from the internet from my bank showing where Ameriloan deducted the payment from my account and faxed it in. Matter resolved, right? Well for almost 2 years now, I thought the matter was resolved, case closed.
I have been receiving calls from a 800-396-2018 all week, when you try to call the number back it is not a working number. Didn't think much of it, thought it was a telemarketer, until this evening when I got a lady rep on te phone who stated they show "no record" of payment from me in 2007! Almost 2 years later. Now, hoping I still have that fax from 2 years ago somewhere so I can "prove" that this account was paid in full and matter resolved. My bank account was closed due to this costing me almost 1500 dollars in overdraft fees due to the incomptence and lack of customer service from this company. I was in total disbelief when I got this phone call this evening. When I find this fax I am very sure I followed up on this matter as well almost 2 years ago!!!! I told the girl that I am NOT paying them again and if I find the fax I sent in 2 yrs ago I will send in and will be sure to burn their phone up until matter is resolved. I asked for a managers name and was denied as well. Never give anyone, a collection agency, internet check advance company, ANYONE your information. Once you do, you are authorizing them to deduct money at any time!!! If I can not find the fax, I will try collecting that last statement from the bank AGAIN, not sure if I can considering it is ALMOST 2 years later and after I sent that fax in 07 I never heard back from Ameriloan untl this week. But I will not pay them twice. Looking at all the reports it seems as if they are trying to scam me!
Do not use this company and beware of payday loans. If you are in debt try borrowing from a friend, these companies will suck you dry!
