Like others on this site. Ameriloan has ripped me off also. They never emailed me a user name or password to get online to check my account, they do not answer my emails, I am hung up on when I call them, meanwhile they continue to take 90.00 out of my account every month. California law says the max they are allow to loan is 300. And it must be taken out on the next payday. Normally what happens with the legit companies is they give you 255 then on payday take 300 so they basically charge you 45.00 for the loan. These guys are an Indian Tribe they do as they please. I have no Idea when they will stop taking money from the account. Any Lawyer out there want to take on a class action. Not sure what else can be done. I have made a complaint with the DOJ of California a week ago,will wait and see what happens there.
