Ameriloan ommitted information Miami , Oklahoma

I only got appoved for $350.00 with a finance fee of $105.00. Which made the actual loan $455.00. Ameriloan failed to inform me that I was only paying a finance fee of $105.00 during every pay period in my last four pay periods. They lead me to believe that I was paying the loan down. So now that I have paid them $420.00 already they are saying that I still owe them $455.00.

I called them but they do not care that I am a single parent on a fixed income, taking care of my child with no help. They have set me back finacially I can't even buy my child clothes for the winter because I'm trying to pay them, I am in such a fix. This is definitely a learning experience this was my first payday loan & will be my last these people cannot be trusted to make their customers clearly understand their policies or motives.

I think it is unfair & they should be sued by every customer they have screwed out of their hard earned money. You ask them questions and they talk around what you are trying to clearly ask them. They are indeed scam artist that should be put out of business for good. If there is a way to make them pay for their mis leadings I am willing to help anyone with a solution because they have caused put me in a finacial strain the economy is bad enough with out people trying to swindle hard working people our of their hard earned money.
