I received a loan from Ameriloan in early December 2010. The rule was that I would pay back $50 on the loan and $40 on the principle every month for 6 months. They are still continuing to take money out of my checking account. So far I have paid $685 for a $300 loan. I tried talking to them on the phone and they say that I am wrong. I have proof from my checking account as to what they have been deducting. They are no way reasonable and had I known this in advance, I would never have borrowed the money. I have tried to find a contract on their web site and can not. I want people to know what this company is like. Next time I will grin and bear it before borrowing money. Does anyone know what I can do to fight this company?
